Last week, I got a letter about ECEEN 10Watts solar charger. The customer said that there was a nib on zipper and sent a picture to us. We never had this issue before. Although it is just a nib and the solar charger can be used normally, to achieve our customers' highest satisfaction, we decide to replace a new item to him. And he replied to me an Email which enlightened me.

As below:

“A good quality management system covers everything from product design to manufacturing and all the way to product support after the sales. I believe your organization is doing everything you can to remedy the issue. “
