ECEEN has been very focused on higher quality products and better customer service. For this purpose, we constantly strive to send an email to customers after they bought ECEEN products. This email is about following up w to see how ECEEN products been working out. What’s more, we would like to some different opinions from customers regarding ECEEN products. These days, Yang Yi, my colleague from ECEEN Customer Satisfaction Team, is dealing with these Emails to Amazon customers who recently bought ECEEN products.

Yesterday, we got a reply form Amazon customer, Brad. He thought highly of what we have done. He said:” Thank-you very much for taking the time to contact me in English. I really appreciate companies that are serious about customer support, and put the time and effort into making sure that their customers are happy. I would be happy to post a review on Amazon in a few weeks, once I have had time to thoroughly evaluate the 13W solar panel.”

And he also gave us some suggestion about ECEEN 13Watts solar charger. He said: “It would make better sense if the USB output were located on the other half of the panel inside the pocket provided.”

When I got this email, I was very touched and exciting. The customer would like to share his ideas with us. We are really grateful to different opinions.

Maybe you do not know how important an email, but for us, it is a different opinion, it is a great idea, it is a good suggestion, it is a precious opportunity.
