This is a great solar charger/battery combo.
The solar charger provides up to 20V or 5V out. The listing states 18V but my tests showed 20. The video review mostly covers the solar charger, although this charger does include the Eceen 16000mAh multi-volt battery that is also sold separately, you can see the complete review for it here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RW9TNDSH7SPUU/. The battery operates at 5-21V out. It's uber useful and can be used on a plethora of devices (I use mine with laptops, external batteries, fans, lights, baby swings, and tons more. Super versatile if you're creative). It really has a plethora of uberness to it... lol
This is a great value for a solar charging "kit". It not only has the solar charger, in a very nice and versatile carry case, but as mentioned above, also includes a hicap battery. A comparable solar charger is going to cost $115-140 here on Amazon and then a comparable battery will cost $99ish, so to get them all bundled here for $199 seems to be a good deal.
The charger here is awesome, not only over performs but comes in a very well made case. There's plenty of room for an additional battery (or two), spots for the adapter tips/cables, your phone and it'll even fit an 8" tablet no problem.
Like every other Eceen product I've tried this one over performs. The fit and finish and are very well done - its VERY well made. No loose threads, zippers are solid, material is thick and robust.
