He reply to an email to me, he said:'Nancy,Great to hear from you again, I hope you had a great holiday! I've attached a few of the items you made for me in the past. Just so you know, your manufacturing quality is the best we have ever tested. ALL of them are still working fine and impressing our retail contacts...'
