Solar panel test

Mexico customer Juan  buy ECEEN 10W solar panel sample, he do test under flood light, the test result is negative. he feel so disappointed ,he email me and said the test result shows the solar panel only 3.5W not for 10W . then he show me his test result and test method as below :

ECEEN engineer check carefully Juan's test result , we find that the test light is not equal light. normally we do test solar panel based on equal light as 38000 LUX light. Since Juan don't have suitable led light to do test. so I advise him to do test under nature sunshine. Using this solar panel to charging mobile phone and check the charging time. For 10W, 5V solar panel, the output as 2A. so if sunshine is good, it is only need around 3 hours to charging fully the iPhone 6. I feel so happy that Juan do good test result for ECEEN 10W solar panel. Under nature sunshine in Mexico , Juan get 8.9W solar panel power finally .

Normally as buyer, we always don't have suitable test machine to test solar panel and solar product. but we can do test under nature sunshine and we do test the charging time and discharging time. I think it is also good way .
