There are two External Frame
Hiking Backpack from ECEEN, ECE-636 and
ECE-628. To provide better Amazon customer
shopping experience, we decide to combine both backpacks into one listing. When
I uploaded the file, there was serious system error. Three items are in a state
of confusion. I am very worry about the issue. So I opened an urgent case with
Amazon. Then there's a man named Ken from Amazon.ca Seller Support Team called
me and help us to deal with the problem. He asked me the reason of the issue,
and then checked the situation of my homepage. After a while, he gave me the
solution. I operated step by step under his guidance. When we solve a small
case, he raised my spirits with encouragement, said: “ Perfect!”
Finally, he checked my homepage again and helped us to solve out the issue.
It took him about an hour to solve out the problem. He was very patient for my question and any mistake. He told me that he would send an email for feedback of this issue. I said: I know that, I will vote to YES! You are very patient! Thank you very much, Ken.” We both laugh happily.
