Solar Design Engineer.

Must have a BS degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of experience in Commercial solar design

Candidate Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, being responsible for the mechanical design of solar PV systems. Must have experience with AutoCAD. Must be able to do site visits to determine the mechanical viability of solar PV systems.

A. Must be flexible and able to work in a team-oriented environment
B. Ability to layout solar panel arrays for maximum efficiency
C. Familiar with roof and wall attachments of conduits
D. Familiar with designing and specifying concrete equipment pads
E. Familiar with solar racking systems
o Roof-top
o Ground mount
o Solar carports
F. Familiar with creating site plans
G. Must also be able to climb ladders and work in elevated locations
H. Must have experience with AutoCAD Lt
I. Familiar with applying building codes
J. Knowledge of basic line sizing, piping stress analysis and pipe support
K. Ability to determine all mechanical components with complete Bill of Materials
L. Ability to interface and work with other discipline personnel and their drawings.
M. Basic understanding of electrical wiring is a plus
N. Must have an understanding of constructability

Amazon Ecommerce Marketing Sales Manager

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

       Manage the listing, reporting, and optimization of products promoted in various Marketplaces (ebay, Amazon, etc), while collaborating with various departments on channel execution and expansion.

       Daily maintenance and measurement of Marketplace marketing efforts.

       Reporting and reporting of weekly/monthly sales from various Marketplaces.

       Work together with our Operation team to ensure on-time, daily order processing and provide support for customer service inquiries from Amazon and eBay customers.

       Implement inventory forecasts.

       Develop tools and processes to enhance, improve, and expand marketing efforts.

       Perform necessary project management/coordination to meet sales goals.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience:

       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, accounting, computer science, management information systems, or mathematics/statistics

       3+ Experience with Amazon and/or eBay Marketplace Seller Account maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

       Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience presenting to groups or public speaking is a plus.

       Self-starter with leadership abilities, and excellent organizational and time management skills.

       Enthusiasm and commitment to working in an online channel.

       Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, identify action items and resolve issues - ideally experience managing projects in conjunction with an IT and/or web production department.

       Problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

       Experience working with data feed files, databases, and other structured data files.

       Analytical ability and inquisitive nature with a strong attention to detail.

       Strive to meet and exceed designated quota levels.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketplace channel in Amazon and eBay, Sear, Rakuten etc. Meaning, you’ll be working with external account management teams, gathering and analyzing data from various sources — and developing recommendations for course of action. Additionally, you will be assisting with strategic planning, forecasting and improving processes. You’ll need to be strategic, analytical, organized and detail-oriented.

       Monitoring and reviewing pricing in Marketplaces, suggesting improvements in Marketplaces ( Improvement may include price changes to maximize margins, increasing quantity / quality of product postings, ensuring in-stock levels, improving customer service ratings on each platform.

       Coordinating team in creating and developing marketing material in marketplaces

       Monitoring campaign effectiveness throughout various marketplaces.

       Improving sales volumes and profitability through associated and product group selling, promoting new & updated products, renewals, professional development packages and other areas of targeted marketing.

       Responsible for input to sales, profit forecasting overall sales, marketing plans, self-study of products and applications.

       Daily morning meeting with operation team members.

       Providing report to senior personnel on regular basis.
